I launched UnionPayScales.com in 2021 to showcase the great wages and benefits offered by the IBEW. What began as a small project has grown into a trusted resource for over 15 trades and more than 1,000 locals, helping union members and aspiring tradespeople explore the opportunities unions provide. Our mission is to strengthen union support and organizing efforts by highlighting the value unions bring to workers and their communities.
Running this site has been an incredibly rewarding experience, but it also takes significant time, effort, and resources. From covering hosting and domain fees to maintaining premium plugins and dedicating countless hours to updates and management, keeping the site running smoothly is no small task.
